How does autosave work?
Your clinic state is saved to the cloud automatically every 30 seconds and on every upgrade purchase. You can close the tab and your progress will be waiting when you return.
What is offline progress?
While you're away, your clinic keeps earning gold at 50% of your current gold/sec rate. When you return, a toast shows how much you earned and the offline seconds are credited instantly.
What do prestige stars do?
Each prestige star grants a Γ1.5 multiplier to all gold income, stacking multiplicatively. Five stars means Γ7.5Γ your base income β dramatically accelerating every future run.
How is the leaderboard ranked?
The global leaderboard ranks doctors by all-time total gold earned across all prestige runs β not current gold. Prestiging never hurts your rank; it only helps.
